MEMBER'S ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT. 


 1. NURUL KAMELIA NATASHA BINTI YUSNEE ZAINUDIN (241240475)

        Kamelia explains the place of the location and context of the homestay in the logbook. She also participates in the homestay interview sessions to get first-hand information. For this report, Kamelia’s involvement includes writing the Findings and Recommendations section, which highlights observations and suggestions. For the video, she presents the Conclusion and edits the video to ensure it is well-organized and engaging.


2. NUR ALLESYIA DAYANA BINTI ZAINI (241240390)

            Allesyia is a key addition to documenting the project’s progress. She is responsible for updating the logbook every week, with weekly written reflections. In addition, she manages and organizes the content on the Blogspot platform to ensure it is neat and up-to-date. She was also part of the Homestay owner interview team. In the report, Allesyia contributed by analysing the people element, which focuses on the human interactions involved in the homestay service. She is responsible for compiling and organizing all sections of the report into the final document. During the video, she covers the introduction of the project.


3. NUR AIN FARISHA BINTI ROSSAZALI (241240381)

            Farisha writes about pricing in the logbook, which is the section that discusses the homestay’s pricing strategy. And, like the others, she appeared for an interview with the homestay owner. In the report, Farisha provided an analysis of the physical environment, focusing on the facilities and physical aspects of the homestay. In the video, she featured a reflection component, where she talked about what she had learned and realized through creating the project.


4. MUHAMAD FARHAN SHAHRIN BIN SABRUN (241240323)

            Farhan had to explain what promotion was in the logbook, which is how homestays promote themselves. In his report, he contributed by writing a service process analysis, which looked at how the service was provided. Farhan’s video presentation explained the application of the 4Ps content, which is about the marketing mix and how each element is applied in the homestay business.


5. SEAH PEI YEN (241240507) 

                  Peiyen emphasized the product in the logbook, specifically the features and specialties of the homestay. In the final report, she wrote both an introduction and a conclusion section to provide a clear opening and closing to the report. As on screen, she displayed an activity summary that highlighted everything the group had done and all the stages they had gone through throughout the project.
